Erin’s work includes: writing and designing all marketing documents including the Confidential Information Memorandums for client companies, conducting market segment research and acting as primary contact for due diligence.

Over the last decade, Erin has worked with some of the largest pet sitting and dog walking company business owners around the country in a consultative capacity, and is an expert in this industry segment.

Erin often helps clients in this industry segment read their financial statements and identify their KPIs (revenue, labor costs/margins, and the number of new clients a business gets monthly, amongst others) in order to create goals for solid growth. She advises clients on pricing and profit margin issues, converting from independent contractors to employees, and operational issues.
